Q. Is your service reduced because you charge less?
A. No. Whilst our premiums are lower, We never compromise on the high levels of safety and service offered to our members at the roadside.
Q. What if someone else drives my vehicle?
A. If you have a vehicle based policy, it is the vehicle that is covered and not the driver. As such anyone driving the insured vehicle with your permission will be covered. However, if you have a personal based policy it is you that is covered and not the vehicle.

Q. How can I pay for my breakdown cover?
A. You can pay by credit or debit card online or over the telephone. We also accept cheque or postal orders, which should be posted to the following address along with your quote or policy reference; Rescuemycar.com, 4th Floor, Clarendon House, Victoria Avenue, Harrogate, HG1 1JD.
Q. Is it safe and secure to make my payment online?
A. All details of your online application are encrypted using the latest and most powerful encryption technology available. Most experts believe this is more secure than a payment transaction completed over the phone.
Q. How do I get my breakdown cover documents?
A. Once your transaction has been completed we will send you an email confirming your purchase and attaching your policy documentation. We deliver documents over email as this helps to keep administration costs to a minimum – we pass any savings on to our customers. You can however choose to receive a posted copy of your Membership Pack, a small charge will be made to cover administration and postage costs.
Q. Can you cover my Trailer / Caravan?
A. Both are covered, subject to them meeting the size restrictions contained within the policy terms and conditions and only for their recovery following an incident where the insured vehicle requires a recovery following a breakdown or accident.
Q. Can my cover be extended if I want to go abroad?
A. You will need to call one of our sales advisors on 0845 20 34 700 to extend cover on your existing policy. Please do not use the web site to extend an existing policy.
