Amend Your Policy

Occasionally you may need to alter your policy and our Customer Service Team are able to help you with this. Simply call us on 0845 203 4700 or 01423 504689 and they can make the necessary changes to your policy or answer any questions that you may have regarding your Insurance.

They’re open from 9.00am until 8.00pm from Monday to Thursday, 9:00am until 6:30pm Friday’s and 9.00am to 5.00pm on Saturdays. Our lines are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays, although you can still obtain new quotes and purchase new policies online on these days.
