How to Claim

At Rescuemycar.com Pet Insurance we understand the importance of dealing with claims quickly and efficiently. Our policy is to settle all straightforward claims within 7-10 working days.

In the event you need to make a claim you may either

• Telephone our Claims Department on 0845 20 34 700 and request a claim form to be posted to you
• Download Claim Form

Unless you are claiming for Veterinary Fees, you must let us know of any circumstances which are likely to lead to a claim.

In order for us to assess your claim, please make sure your claim form is fully completed by you and if you are claiming for Veterinary Fees, your vet, as any incomplete claim forms will be returned to you.

The completed form should then be returned to the address below along with 12 months clinical history and a fully itemised invoice of treatment.
