We may record telephone calls for your additional security and to help improve our levels of customer service. Calls may also be monitored for staff training purposes.

Opening Times

Our Sales, Renewals and Customer Service Teams are available;
9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
We are closed weekends and Bank Holidays.

Our Claims Team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Complaints or Feedback

We aim to give a high level of service at all times. However, if you have a complaint or feedback regarding the service provided or how your cover was sold, please contact:

We will contact you within 5 working days of receiving your complaint to acknowledge it and explain what we are doing. We will aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. If we are unable to do this within 4 weeks, we will let you know and explain why. You may have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, but please wait for our final response before doing so. Further information about the Financial Ombudsman Service is available at http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk.

Please note:

  • If your complaint is about AmTrust Speciality Limited or European Recovery terms and conditions bought before 01/06/2026, or with a renewal date on or before 23/06/2026 we may pass your complaint to AmTrust Speciality Limited
  • If your complaint is about Wakam UK Limited terms and conditions bought on or after 01/06/2026, or with a renewal date on or after 24/06/2026, we may pass your complaint to Wakam UK Limited
  • If your complaint is about UK-only breakdown bought before 01/06/2026, or with a renewal date on or before 23/06/2026 this is an unregulated product, so you cannot refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
